Experience Cattle Ranch Latin Cuisine

Originally opened as Cattle Ranch Cafe in July 2023, our restaurant was created as a tribute to the proud history of Chino, California — a city known for its deep agricultural roots and hardworking dairy farming community. During the mid-to-late 20th century, Chino was home to more than 400 dairy farms and became widely recognized as one of the most important dairy regions in the country.

Founded by entrepreneur Prospero Collado alongside his wife, daughter, and son Sebastian, Cattle Ranch was built by family, for the community.  From the beginning, the mission was simple: to offer a warm, independent neighborhood restaurant with high-quality food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that stands apart from corporate chain dining.

Today, Cattle Ranch is entering an exciting new chapter with a refreshed name, renewed vision, and expanded culinary direction as Cattle Ranch Latin Cuisine. With the help of Executive Chef Angel Lopez, the restaurant is evolving its menu to celebrate bold Latin-inspired flavors, premium steaks, fresh seafood, elevated brunch favorites, and chef-crafted dishes made with care.

Inside, guests will still find thoughtful details that honor Chino’s past, including a custom wall mural dedicated to the local farmers who helped shape the community. That same appreciation for heritage, family, and quality continues to guide the restaurant’s next phase.

What began as an elevated breakfast and brunch destination has grown into a fuller dining experience that blends Chino’s ranch history with Latin flavor, family hospitality, and a fresh culinary point of view.
